The Afghan Coalition is a trauma-informed, minority-led organization with a deep commitment to empowering Afghan refugees and immigrants. We are uniquely positioned as the only Afghan institution in the U.S. with Afghans in top leadership roles, including our board and senior management.

Our diverse workforce, composed primarily of Afghan women, men, and Americans, brings a wealth of cultural competency and expertise on Afghanistan.

Recognized in California as an underserved ethnic and language population, we have been serving our community for nearly three decades, navigating multiple waves of Afghan immigration.
